Manage Without the Mouse

When your mouse stops working all may not be lost. Your keyboard may be able to rescue you.
For instance, pressing the following combination of 3 keys at the same time can often be used to display a list of tasks that your computer is currently working on. + + Be Carefull! Pressing these more than once in quick succession could reboot your computer; which is OK if that is what you wish to do but many times there may just be one task that has stopped responding and you can end just that one leaving the remaining ones alive and well icon_lol.gif

Have you ever wanted to close an internet popup but didn't wish to use the mouse in case it had unwanted actions disguised as a close button?
Try this key combo + This invokes the windows command to close whatever window has the focus. (Also called the active window.)

Using Menus.
Pressing gives access to the menu system on the window in focus. You can use the arrow keys to navigate between menu items. Menus can also be accessed by using Alt + the Underlined ('Hot') letter of that menu.
