It's that time of week, folks icon_smile.gif It's time for another Tech Tip. For this week, I've decided to touch on that favorite little feature of many a person, AutoComplete.

For those of us that use it, its a blessing. For those of us that hate it, it is a pain. Today, I'll show you how to manipulate this tool to your liking. For starters, to get to it, here's how:

Open Internet Explorer (double-click the lower-case blue 'e' on your desktop)
Click Tools, then click Internet Options, the following screen will appear:

Next, you'll want to click on the Content tab, which will bring up the following page:

On that page, you will notice a "Personal Information" heading, with a button labelled "AutoComplete". Clicking on it will bring up the following screen:

Here, we have access to the options for this feature, including an option to turn it off, should we wish. You can also clear your password list, or clear any stored forms here, as well.

Well, that's it for this week's tip. I hope you enjoyed it, and feel free to send an email to with any questions you might have about this.

Cheers !!
