Connected but unable to Surf

You are connected to the Internet but unable to Surf:|
1. Restart your computer.
2. Stage Power Cycle (unplug the power cable to both the modem and router for 1-2 minutes. Plug in modem first, after 1-2 minutes plug in router)
3. Test with another device and see if the same issue exists.
4. Try a direct connection if possible to test connectivity (From modem directly to computer)
