Online but unable to Connect

If your modem is showing online but you are still not able to connect to the Internet, please try these steps to resolve the issue.

1. Stage Power Cycle (unplug the power cable to both the modem and router for 1-2 minutes. Plug in modem first, after 1-2 minutes plug in router)
2. Verify cables are connected securely and in the proper port.
3. If connecting by Wi-Fi, try connecting to router via Ethernet cable.
4. Try a direct connection if possible to test connectivity. (From modem directly to computer)
