Online but unable to Connect

If your modem is showing online but you are still not able to connect to the Internet, please try these steps to resolve the issue. |
1. Stage Power Cycle (unplug the power cable to both the modem and router for 1-2 minutes. Plug in modem first, after 1-2 minutes plug in router)
2. Verify cables are connected securely and in the proper port.
3. If connecting by Wi-Fi, try connecting to router via Ethernet cable.
4. Try a direct connection if possible to test connectivity. (From modem directly to computer)
